Twin Shawn or Henry Snaps. Do Wop Again

Okay so I'm looking for three different kinds of stories and I hope you can help me.

First are they any stories where Shawn has a twin.   I would love a story where Shawn is Shawn and he has a twin that's the son Henry always wanted?

Second story are there any stories well Henry gives Juliet a piece of his mind after she finds out.   I just saw the episode of the truth coming out for the first time yesterday and I'm so angry at her.  I know they get back together and whatever but she said that it all was based on a lie.    How could she do that to Shawn.   Are they any episodes where Henry tells Juliet about herself?   Oh and how about stories where they get back together quicker because Shawn is badly hurt and she doesn't know if she'll get a chance to tell him she loves him.

Finally the Appendicitis.   Are they any stories where it's a lot more dangerous then it was in the episode?   Hey also was this episode written because of James Roday's Appendix because I was wondering about that because he was in the episode but then he wasn't really in the episode.
